BACKGROUND

I discovered traditional acupuncture by chance as a patient. The physical effects of the first session were particularly surprising.

The years passed and I continued to follow the path I had set out for myself. I then trained in traditional acupuncture. Since then, I have evolved from a personal perspective thanks to a mix of readings, meditation practices, life experiences and exchanges with friends and practitioners.

This journey gradually led me to understand several things:

  • life gives us every day, every moment, the opportunity to change our mindset and act differently or even in a better way; life ultimately gives us the opportunity to become the best version of ourselves;

  • nothing is permanent, everything is temporary; our desires, sufferings, sensations will pass;

  • each situation gives us the opportunity to learn about ourselves, others and about life more generally.

Here is a selection of books that continue to help me today.

  • Spiritual paths. Small anthology of the most beautiful Tibetan texts, Matthieu Ricard

  • The art of meditation, Matthieu Ricard

  • The Bhagavad Gîtâ commented by Gisèle Siguier-Sauné

  • The Bhagavad Gita or the Art of Acting, Colette Poggi

  • The Daily Stoic, Ryan Holiday

  • The Obstacle is the Way, Ryan Holiday

  • The Champion's Mind, How Great Athletes Think, Train, and Thrive, Jim Afremow

MY WAY OF WORKING

My practice is based on several principles.

1. A holistic approach

My goal is to identify the origin of your physical/emotional symptoms to alleviate them. To do so, I try to understand you as whole (lifestyle, dietary habit, emotions, regular diseases).

2. You and I

I wish that an authentic bond be established between you and I. To do so, I strive to being attentive and respectful. I believe that the quality of the bond is a cornerstone of the session.

3. Continuous development

I keep on attending trainings and I strive to work on myself from a personal perspective. This enables me to be in the best position to help you.

I am interested in personal growth. I believe that life gives us the chance, every day, to keep on learning and growing to become "the best version of ourselves". During sessions, I give you practical tips to live more at peace if this appropriate for you.

4. A network of practitioners

Different approaches are a useful complement for you as they may help to alleviate symptoms that remain unchanged up until now.

These different approaches are enriching for us practitioners as they help us to take a step back and assess a particular case from another perspective.

Are you a therapist or practitioner ? Feel free to get in touch.
